Tammy Collins – OWNER & MARKETING DIRECTOR
Tammy likes dogs, loves sandals and has been obsessed with words since she was six years old. Known for blurting out, “I have an idea!” Tammy knows how to take her ideas all the way from concept through to completion, winning her many an award through her corporate years.
Having worked in creative roles for The Sydney Morning Herald, KISSFM and many other leading Australian brands, she comes with a plethora of knowledge and know-how and wants to help businesses see their brand through a new lens.
MARIA NGUYEN – STUDIO MANAGER
Our studio manager and all-around creative lead. Big earrings and scrunchies are part of her uniform. She loves dogs more than humans and has a penchant for symmetry. Maria can often be found researching new painting techniques, drawing and sketching in her free time.
Prior to joining NMM, Maria was the creative lead at CBRE commercial for over 6 years and understands the importance of how to communicate effectively through visual design.
MARINA GURGEL – MARKETING MANAGER
Marina is our Marketing Specialist, who comes with a strong background across all marketing disciplines. An expert across email marketing platforms such as Active Campaign, Marina can spot the gaps and opportunities in a customer’s journey and put in place the automation to nurture and convert leads to get the most out of your marketing budget.
Currently completing her MBA, Marina plugs into the NMM team to bolster campaigns with her email marketing, strategy and content prowess! Marina has worked with international brands and agencies for almost a decade.
MAGENTA PORTER – DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGEr
Magenta is our content manager and professional word wrangler, doubling as a freelance fashion and culture writer in her spare time.
A lover of books and cheese, you can normally find her with her head stuck in the latest bestseller, nibbling on some manchego.
As a digital media native, Magenta is on top of the latest social media trends. Having recently completed her Master of Publishing, she has a very keen eye for detail – nothing will get past her edits!
clodagh porter – Social Media and Marketing Executive
Clodagh recently moved from the UK over to Sydney, and has brought her love for spotting trends and generating new ideas with her!
A lover of travel and adventure, Clodagh has lived in three continents so far. Clodagh has an honours in International Business, which sparked her passion for supporting the creation of sustainable business models, as well as women in business.
When she’s not scrolling through TikTok and Instagram finding the latest trends, you can find her in the gym or on the rugby pitch.
